Persia Travel welcomes applications from eligible travel businesses including:

Once your supplier account has been approved, you can configure the travel services applicable to your business.
Accommodation suppliers may provide information including room categories, occupancy, amenities, rates, availability, photographs, property descriptions and applicable booking conditions.
Tour suppliers may provide itineraries, duration, departure information, inclusions, exclusions, capacity, pricing, photographs and booking requirements.
Transport suppliers may provide vehicle information, service areas, pickup and dropoff conditions, availability, passenger capacity and applicable pricing.
Eligible flight suppliers may provide relevant inventory, fares, fare conditions, baggage information and cabin options, subject to technical integration and approval requirements.
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that the pricing, availability and other information they provide is accurate and current.
Where supported by the platform, suppliers may configure applicable rates, seasonal pricing, promotions, availability and booking conditions.
Accurate information is important to reduce booking conflicts and provide customers with reliable information before completing a reservation.
Suppliers should provide clear, accurate and professional information about their services.
Images and descriptions must accurately represent the product or service being offered. Suppliers must have the necessary rights or permissions to provide any content submitted to Persia Travel.
Approved suppliers are responsible for managing bookings associated with their services in accordance with their supplier arrangements and applicable booking conditions.
Suppliers should regularly review reservations and maintain accurate availability to minimise cancellations and booking conflicts.
Payment and settlement arrangements depend on the supplier agreement, service category, payment method and applicable commercial terms.
Relevant settlement arrangements will be provided to approved suppliers as part of the onboarding process.
Suppliers using Persia Travel are expected to provide accurate information, honour confirmed bookings, maintain appropriate licences and insurance where required, comply with applicable laws and provide customers with the services represented at the time of booking.
Persia Travel may suspend or terminate supplier access where a supplier fails to meet applicable requirements or contractual obligations.
Persia Travel provides suppliers with an opportunity to make their travel services available through a modern online booking platform while maintaining control over relevant product information.
